Offers

Where are offers answered?
Offers are answered by login on to your application. Under “Housing offers”, you can answer the individual hosing offers.

How is offers answered?
You can say yes to an offer by give it a priority to the right for the “No” – meaning you will set a number.
You say no to an offer by setting a tick in the circle to the left of the “No”.
We recommend that you log off and log on again to make sure that you have answered the offer correctly.

Prioritizing your yes answers
It is only possible to prioritize within the same accommodation organization and the same deadline date, which means you may have to give the same priority to more than one offer from different accommodation organizations.
If you say yes to an offer you are also accepting that a contract/acceptance may be sent to you without further notice and please note that when a contract is sent your application will be automatically deactivated. It is therefore very important that you only say yes to offers where you would like to move in to the accommodation.

Number of offers
If you are placed in the C group (see more here about the groups) you are only allowed to have 2 active offers at a time. This means that if you have 2 offers where deadline has not expired yet you will not receive any new offers before some of these has expired.

Did I get the accommodation?
If you have not received a contract or an acceptance letter within the first coming working days after an offer’s deadline you can assume that, the accommodation was given to someone higher on the waiting list. If you have been assigned, a contract you will be able to see this under “Housing offers” and it will say so to the right of the offer given to you.
Unfortunately, it is not possible for the system to send out information in the case you did not get the accommodation offered.

Deadlines
Deadlines for the offers must always be observed and they can in no circumstances be postponed.  It is furthermore important that the offers are answered in time as you application will otherwise be automatically deactivated.

Active offers and deactivation
If your application has been deactivated but you still have active offers (where the deadline has not yet expired), then the active offers are of course still valid until the deadline. You will however not receive any new offers until you have reactivated your application and please note that you will start anew on the waiting list after a reactivation.

Change of answer
It is very important that you carefully consider your answer.

No: You can answer no to an offer by clicking in the round window next to “no”. The answer will be saved automatically when you click. If you have said no to an offer, but change your mind, you can change your answer on this page up until the deadline for the offer. Once we pass the deadline, you can no longer change your answer.

The answer will be saved automatically when you select a number. If you have said yes to an offer, but change your mind, you can change your answer on this page up until the deadline for the offer.
